Acceptable Use Policy
Overview
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") sets out the rules for using Servidge's platform and services. By using Servidge you agree to comply with this policy. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.
Permitted Uses
You may use Servidge to:
- Unlock devices that you own or have the legal right to unlock on behalf of their owner.
- Resell unlock services to end users as part of a legitimate phone repair or resale business.
- Access the API to automate order placement and status retrieval for lawful business purposes.
Prohibited Uses
You must not use Servidge to:
- Process stolen devices. Submitting IMEIs for devices flagged as stolen in any carrier database is strictly prohibited and may result in law enforcement referral.
- Fraud or misrepresentation. Providing false IMEI numbers, carrier information, or device details to obtain a service you would not otherwise be entitled to.
- Resell access credentials. Sharing your account login, API key, or wallet balance with third parties for commercial gain.
- Circumvent security controls. Attempting to bypass rate limits, authentication mechanisms, or any other security control on the platform.
- Automated scraping. Using bots or scripts to scrape service prices, catalog data, or other content beyond what is permitted by the API.
- Abuse support channels. Submitting fraudulent refund requests or harassing support staff.
- Violate applicable law. Using the platform in any manner that violates the laws of your jurisdiction or the jurisdiction where the device is used.
IMEI Check Policy
Servidge does not unlock devices with a confirmed stolen or blacklisted status. We reserve the right to cancel and refund any order where the submitted IMEI is found to be associated with a reported stolen device, without liability to the ordering party.
Account Sharing
Each account is for the use of a single business entity. Multiple users within your organisation may access a single account, but accounts may not be shared across separate businesses or resold to third parties.
Enforcement
Violations of this AUP may result in:
- Temporary or permanent account suspension.
- Forfeiture of wallet balance in cases of confirmed fraud.
- Referral to the relevant law enforcement authorities where criminal activity is suspected.
Reporting Violations
If you believe another user is violating this policy, please report it via a support ticket. All reports are treated confidentially.
