Frequently asked questions

How do I find my device IMEI number?
Dial *#06# on your phone — the IMEI will appear on screen immediately. Alternatively, go to Settings → About Phone → Status → IMEI. For iPhones, find it in Settings → General → About. You can also find it printed on the original box or under the battery (on removable-battery devices).
How long does an IMEI unlock take?
Delivery times vary by service and carrier. Most IMEI unlocks complete within 1–4 hours. Some carrier databases update in batches, meaning certain services may take up to 24 hours. Each service listing shows an estimated delivery time — check this before ordering. You'll receive an email notification and dashboard update as soon as your order is complete.
What is the difference between IMEI unlock, remote unlock, and server unlock?
IMEI Unlock: Generates a network unlock code tied to your device's IMEI. You enter the code manually on the phone with a non-original SIM inserted.

Remote Unlock: Our technicians connect to the carrier or manufacturer's system remotely to remove the lock. No code is needed — the phone unlocks automatically. Used for FRP bypass, iCloud activation, and account removal.

Server Unlock: The unlock is pushed directly to the device via the manufacturer's server. Simply connect the phone to Wi-Fi with a non-original SIM inserted and the unlock applies automatically.
My unlock code says "incorrect" or "network unlock unsuccessful" — what do I do?
First, make sure you are inserting a SIM card from a different carrier than the one the phone is locked to. Enter the code when prompted (the prompt appears automatically when the foreign SIM is inserted). If the code is rejected, double-check the IMEI you submitted matches the device. If you're confident everything is correct, open a support ticket with your order number — we'll re-verify and re-process at no extra charge.
Can I unlock a blacklisted or reported-stolen phone?
No. Servidge does not process unlocks for devices that are reported lost or stolen in any carrier database. Submitting such a device is a violation of our Acceptable Use Policy and may result in account suspension. If your order is rejected with a "blacklisted device" reason, the service fee will be refunded to your wallet.
How do I top up my wallet?
Go to Dashboard → Wallet → Top Up. We accept:
  • Credit/Debit Card — instant, via Stripe
  • PayPal — instant
  • Bank Transfer — approved within a few hours on business days
  • USDT (TRC-20) — approved after on-chain confirmation
Minimum top-up amounts vary by method. Card and PayPal have no minimum; bank transfer minimum is $20.
Can I get a refund if my order fails?
Yes. If your order is rejected by our provider as ineligible, or if it fails to complete within twice the stated delivery time, you are entitled to a full refund to your Servidge wallet. Refunds are processed automatically for rejected orders, or within one business day of a support ticket being raised. See our full Refund Policy for details.
Do you offer bulk or reseller pricing?
Yes. Reseller discounts are applied automatically based on your rolling 30-day order volume — the more you order, the lower your per-unit price. Premium resellers (50+ orders/month) also get priority queue access. For very high volumes or custom rate cards, contact our team. See the Reseller Program page for full details.
Do you have an API for automated ordering?
Yes. Servidge provides a REST API that lets you place orders, check status, list services, and retrieve results programmatically. Documentation is available at /docs/api once logged in. To generate an API key, go to Profile → API → Generate Key. API access is available to all registered accounts.
Can I cancel an order after placing it?
You can cancel an order while it is in Pending status — a cancel button is available on the order detail page and the full amount is refunded to your wallet instantly. Once an order moves to Processing or Completed, cancellation is no longer possible as the request has already been submitted to our provider. If you placed an order in error, contact support as soon as possible.
What carriers and countries do you support?
We support hundreds of carriers across North America, Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and Latin America. The most common include AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, EE, Vodafone, O2, Three, Rogers, Bell, Telus, Optus, and many more. Coverage varies by device brand — browse the service catalog and filter by device brand or carrier to see what's available for your specific device.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. Servidge never stores your card details. All card payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. PayPal payments are processed entirely within PayPal's secure environment. Bank transfer details are used only for payment verification and are stored encrypted. Our platform uses HTTPS for all communications.
I submitted the wrong IMEI — what should I do?
If your order is still in Pending status, cancel it immediately from the order page (full refund issued automatically), then place a new order with the correct IMEI. If the order has already moved to Processing, open a support ticket urgently — we may be able to intercept it before it reaches our provider, though this is not guaranteed once processing has begun.
How do I open a support ticket?
Log in to your account and go to Dashboard → Support → New Ticket, or click here. Choose the relevant department (Technical Support, Billing, General, or Sales) and describe your issue. Include your order number if relevant. We aim to respond within 2 hours during business hours (Mon–Fri, 8 AM–8 PM UTC).
Do I need to keep the phone online or powered on during processing?
For IMEI unlocks: No — the unlock code is generated on our servers and does not require the device to be connected.

For server unlocks: The device needs to be connected to Wi-Fi (with the new SIM inserted) when you are ready to apply the unlock, but not during the processing itself.

For remote services (FRP bypass, iCloud removal): Follow the specific instructions shown on your completed order — some require a Wi-Fi connection at a specific step.
